Hairy Bikers Baking..

I have loved watching the Hairy Bikers ‘Mums Know Best’ series on BBC2, the last which was tonight.  They are a delight to view, with this series being the best yet… so many fantastic recipes and homemade cakes (just like we do!).  Tonight saw a trifle of fantastic proportions, we have one on the Lime Bespoke catering menu made with Green Tea, freeze dried strawberries and pistachios… yum.  Download the series recipe pdf by clicking here.  Happy baking!
